This relationship is an independent contractor relationship and shall never be deemed to be any other type or similar relationship. Blue Hawaiian Products has no responsibility or liability what so ever for or with respect to any persons performing any installation services or any repair services on the part of any reseller/dealer/contractor including, without limitation. Blue Hawaiian Products has no right to control or direct any employees, contractors and /or agents of any reseller/dealer/contractor, with each reseller/dealer/contractor having the sole right to control and direct its employees, contractors and /or agents.

Blue Hawaiian Products Inc. disclaims any liability for any act or omission on behalf of and reseller/dealer/contractor. Blue Hawaiian Products obligation concerning pools manufactured by it is limited to its Limited Warranty to the original retail buyer.

Blue Hawaiian Products Inc. manufactured fiberglass pool and spa dimensions are approximate maximum O.D. for information required in obtaining D.O.T. permits and are subject to change without notice. For current dimensions see reseller/dealer/contractor excavation drawing. Pool models are sold only by model name. Not by the model dimensions.

Blue Hawaiian Products Inc. manufactured fiberglass pools and spas are non-diving, diving boards and quick entry devices are not to be installed. Exception being the Big Blue Key™ model and only if meeting current ANSI/NSPI-5 Residential In-ground Swimming Pools Standard and all applicable Government Standards which must be verified in writing with your independent installing reseller/dealer/contractor.
