Blue Hawaiian’s Integrated Matrix System
Blue Hawaiian's proprietary Integrated Matrix System, is a solid reinforced composite pool manufacturing process. This process features AOC VIPEL® a 100% Vinyl Ester resin, multiple layers of woven material along with premium high tensile and flexural strength building resins. All adding up to a composite fiberglass pool with greater impact resistance, the ultimate in blister protection and the right amount of stiffness without a loss of flexibility. Add Extreme Quartz, the extreme in ISO-NPG gel-coat finishes and you have the leading technology in the manufacturing of fiberglass swimming pools and pool finishes.
Each pool is individually crafted by hand, with the thickness of the polymer
coatings being specified within a few thousandths of an inch under supervised factory conditions. These methods are further assured by the personal inspection of each and every pool before shipment.
Blue Hawaiian Fiberglass Pools staff includes people with over 30 years experience in all types of swimming pools. Blue Hawaiian Fiberglass Pools
leads the industry in being the first and only one at this time to offer an “In House” Certified Composite Technician Employee Training Program administered by its own CCT Manager/Instructor. This program goal is to enhance the overall professionalism and knowledge of individuals in composite manufacturing. Certification is required of all Blue Hawaiian Fiberglass Pools supervisors/managers and offered to all other qualified employees to help ensure a quality product.
